Frequently Asked Questions

Website/Reservations

How late can I check in?
If it is after store hours and you have a cabin, go past the Laundry/Restroom building to the Caretaker's Cabin on the left and they will get you checked in. If you plan on arriving after 10pm, please call in advance so we can verbally go over the check-in and will leave a light on for you.

If you have a campsite and it is after store hours and after dark, please park in the parking lot and walk into the campground until you find your site and then drive up to it to avoid driving through with headlights on trying to find your spot. If you have the spot reserved we will not rent it out if you are not here at a certain time.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Just call or email us. We will refund your money, less a 3.5% admin fee, if you cancel with at least 7 days notice for cabins and campsites or at least 14 days notice for a full campground rental. Additionally, 25% of the full site rental is considered a non refundable deposit. Note that refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
How do I report a problem with the website?
Please send an email to webstaff@eaglecliffcamp.com, and let us know as much information as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to inform us of any problems.
